As President of the Republic of Ranentsi, I declare a formal constitution to celebrate the founding of our great nation. To begin, this is Article number 1 of our nation.
Article 1: WORKINGS OF THE STATE
1. The Republic of Ranentsi is a declared virtual micronation that shall operate in the English and Bulgarian languages, with citizens able to use either in official communications.
2. The web adress ranentsi.proboards.com shall be the official website of the state.
3. The laws and governence of the state shall be underseen by the President, who will serve for a term length of six months.
4. The President holds supreme power, but is answerable to the Supreme Court and the people of Ranentsi.
5. All laws must be approved by a majority of citizens prior to passing.
6. The highest court in the land is the Supreme Court, which is headed by one judge.
